Just outside the city, this unspoilt stretch of lakes and wetland is home to minks, otters, wild ducks and badgers.

Ballyarnett Country Park has some non signposted (waymarked) walking and cycling trails to allow you explore the area.

Open to the public daily from dawn to dusk.
