Falls Park

The park has many fine mature trees, beautiful flowers, horticultural displays and grassland areas.

The park has sports facilities, a childrens playground and a bottle bank.

We have been working on a range of projects to improve Falls Park, Belfast City Cemetery and Whiterock, to offer better facilities for the community and to make these sites more attractive, safe and welcoming for everyone.

The park now includes:

• an outdoor gym, suitable for all ages and abilities
• a dedicated youth area suitable for a range of uses, including an outdoor classroom
• a refurbished play park with modern play equipment

Since 2011 Falls Park has been awarded the Green Flag Award annually, which recognises the best open spaces in the UK.
