Millisle Lagoon has 150 m of golden sand and a seawater lagoon providing a safe bathing area. A jetty, slipways and paddling pool compliment the lagoon area.

Millisle Lagoon is situated within easy distance of the seaside village of Millisle with its shops and cafes. Picnic tables are also provided for visitor use and the newly grassed area within the car park is home to locally crafted seal sculptures to reflect the wildlife of the area.

GETTING THERE

Millisle Beach is situated at the shore front of Millisle Village, off the Ballywalter Road on the coastal Ards Peninsula. The village of Millisle is located along the B172 from Newtownards and along the A2 from Donaghadee and Bangor. Vehicular access is from Shore Road and Ballywalter Road (designated car parking reached via the Ballywalter Rd). Millisle Beach is clearly signposted within Millisle.
