Pomeroy Forest - Renardine Fairytale Trail
A diverse woodland where the existing trails have been developed to create a series of magical trails through Pomeroy Forest, featuring 18 nature-based sculptures that can be used as an interactive play experience, and an immersive nature trail that showcases the flora and fauna of the forest. The Renardine trail made up of a Nursery Trail (1km) and a Fairytale Trail (2.2km) is now a children’s magical storybook adventure trail with iconic sculptures, interactive fun/art pieces and natural inclusive play areas.
There is also an impressive new visitor centre at Pomeroy Forest serves as a shared community building and offers a large multi-use space, complete with retractable seating for approximately 150 people, two multi-purpose rooms, coffee dock area with coffee and vending machines, picnic area, toilets, changing facilities and kitchen.

An easy to follow circular route which showcases a variety of children's fairytales and popular stories. The route begins opposite the information centre. From there follow the signagae for either of the childrens' routes.

GETTING TO THE START
Going through Pomeroy from Omagh, drive a bit out of the town and turn left. If coming from Cookstown, before reaching Pomeroy the turn is to your right.
