Competition Inspirations from You!

We launched a competition on Outmore NI Facebook in July where we asked the public to head out to the beautiful outdoor trails and places found on Outmoreni.com, take a photo and submit it.

We have loved seeing all of the beautiful outdoor trails and places you have visited recently when taking competition entry photos We couldn’t possibly keep them all to ourselves so we’ve pulled them altogether to inspire even more people to Get Out More this summer!

Moydamlaght Forest & Eagles Rock Trail

This was our favourite photo submitted, although it wasn’t an easy choice! How beautiful is that view?! Eagles Rock is a brilliant trail and offers a rewarding sight at the top across the Sperrins.

Tollymore Forest Park

Man walks through stunning pink floral bushes at Tollymore

The colours of the flowers really bring this trail to life! On a hot sunny day it’s the perfect place to go surrounded by plenty of natural beauty.

Rathlin Island

Views of the cliffs on Rathlin

There are so many things to see and do on Rathlin, especially this time of year in the good weather. Why not get the boat over with your bike and cycle round to see the famous puffins.

Dunluce Castle

Dunluce Castle is an iconic view on the North Coast with lots of history to learn about when you’re there! Top tip: it looks super impressive during the sunsets.

Cave Hill

Hands up if you love to get out more

Cave Hill’s famous profile is visible from almost everywhere in Belfast and its famous Napoleon’s Nose and McArt’s Fort have become synonymous with Belfast.

Sallagh Braes

Happy hikers along the Ulster Way

Sallagh Braes is part of the Ulster Way and was featured in popular TV series ‘Game of Thrones’. The walk leads to and along the edge of the Sallagh Braes basalt cliffs. Views can be enjoyed across the cliffs to the valley below and the Irish sea in the distance.

We love seeing the content you capture when getting out more this summer, please keep tagging us in your pictures so we can see more of where you go using Outmore NI to find them.
